Filling and discharge systems
We can equip big bags with practical filling and discharge systems. In addition to the classic open version, we offer inlet systems such as skirts with tie, inlet spouts and top flaps. An outlet spout can be selected as an outlet system instead of the familiar closed bottom. However, double outlet spouts, fully opening bottoms or B-Lock closures are also possible. All inlet and outlet systems can be freely combined with each other. This enables us to manufacture big bags that meet the special requirements of a wide range of industries.

Lifting options
Practical lifting loops make it easy to transport the large big bags to their destination. Depending on the type of loop selected, our big bags are easy to lift and transport using forklifts, cranes and/or grabs. We offer customized big bags with one, two or four loops. CEMBLOK BASE® has been specifically formulated to bind the residual fibers and prevent environmental pollution, as an aid in operations to remove asbestos-containing materials.
CEMBLOK BASE® forms a unique film after drying: excellent rain resistance, high adhesion, high visibility of the treated substrate (colored version), moreover it does not contain impurities that damage the spray pump, nor does it segregate during storage.
CEMBLOK BASE® is a residual fiber binder for professional use, developed to provide a strong and safe answer to the workers in the field of disposal of asbestos and hazardous residual fibers.
