Lifting Systems for easy transportation of Big Bags
Lifting systems enable particularly easy and time-saving lifting of the transport bags. We offer various lifting systems for different customer needs: It is possible to equip Big Bags either with lifting loops designed exclusively for transport with forklifts or with multifunctional lifting systems that allow lifting the transport bags with forklifts, cranes, or grippers.
In addition to lifting systems where the Big Bag needs to be lifted at four points, depending on the desired filling weight, we also offer Big Bags with a single or two lifting loops, as well as Big Bags with connected edge straps.
Inlet and Outlet Systems for Easy Filling and Emptying of FIBCs
Depending on the material – larger stones, coarse-grained granules, or fine powder – that the Big Bag is to be filled with and the manner in which it needs to be emptied, various inlet and outlet systems are available.
Document pouch - Display information visibly on transport bags
Big Bags equipped with a sealable inlet system, it is not possible to see from the outside what is inside the transport bag. Using a document pouch in DIN A3, A4, or A5 format, it is possible to provide employees with information about the contents of the Big Bag visible from the outside. Employees can now identify what the bag contains without opening the transport sack. The visibility of relevant information - regarding content, transport, or storage - can be further enhanced by attaching document pouches to two, three, or all four outer sides of the transport bag.
Reliably Seal Seams of Big Bags
If fine-powdered material is to be transported or stored in FIBCs, we recommend sealing the seams accordingly. This keeps the contents of the Big Bag free from dust and other external contaminants. At the same time, it prevents the contents from leaking through the seams. Depending on the nature of the filling material, a one-sided, two-sided, or three-sided seam sealing may be necessary.

Reliable Protection of the Filling Material Thanks to Liners
Liners, like seam seals, significantly contribute to keeping the contents of Big Bags free from dust and additionally protect them from moisture. At the same time, they are suitable for transporting moist materials as they are extremely dense.
Practical liners are particularly popular in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries because, if they are not sewn or glued to the Big Bag, they can be easily replaced. This is helpful, for example, in food production to avoid contamination: For instance, Big Bags with outlet spouts can be used for dosing different ingredients thanks to interchangeable liners, without the need for extensive cleaning of the Big Bags.

Dimensions and Volume of a Custom-Made Big Bag
Generally, the dimensions of custom-made FIBCs depend on the requirements of the respective company and the conditions on-site. To calculate the dimensions or volume of a Big Bag, we need the following information:
- Volume Calculation, Restricted by Maximum Weight: If customers provide us with the material to be transported or stored in the Big Bag and the desired maximum weight of the filled Big Bag, we can calculate the volume of the Big Bag based on these specifications.
- Volume Calculation, Restricted by Dimensions of the Storage Space: If customers intend to use the Big Bags to store materials, the height of the storage space and the dimensions of the available floor space are relevant for calculating the volume of the Big Bags.
- Height Calculation with Given Base Area: If we have knowledge of the available base area and the desired volume, we can calculate the height of the Big Bags.
- Base Area Calculation with Given Height: If there are restrictions regarding the height of the Big Bags, we can determine the possible base area of the Big Bags with additional information regarding the desired volume.

No potential advertising space should be left unused.
