Customized Big Bags
If the big bags available in our online store do not meet your specific requirements, we can manufacture customized products. These taylor made products are available in various designs, filling and discharging systems as well as different lifting systems and many more options.
Quality and design
Continuous quality controls ensure the consistently high quality of all our big bags. Before we release our big bags for sale, they have to prove their stability in recognized test procedures. We offer big bags in different designs for special requirements: Foodgrade bags, big bags with air-permeable fabric, hazardous goods and UN bags, tubular big bags with cross-corner loops, U-Panel big bags, Q-Bags (formstable big bags) and antistatic/dissipative big bags.
Filling and discharge systems
We can equip big bags with practical filling and discharge systems. In addition to the classic open version, we offer inlet systems such as skirts with tie, inlet spouts and top flaps. An outlet spout can be selected as an outlet system instead of the familiar closed bottom. However, double outlet spouts, fully opening bottoms or B-Lock closures are also possible. All inlet and outlet systems can be freely combined with each other. This enables us to manufacture big bags that meet the special requirements of a wide range of industries.
Lifting options
Practical lifting loops make it easy to transport the large big bags to their destination. Depending on the type of loop selected, our big bags are easy to lift and transport using forklifts, cranes and/or grabs. We offer customized big bags with one, two or four loops. Our range includes side-sewn loops, cross-corner loops, tunnel loops, parallel lifting loops, loop-in-loop lifting systems, stevedore loops, single loops and two loops.
Individual Big Bags
For custom-made products, you can specify the desired dimensions or volume of your big bags. We can also equip your big bags with different lifting options and various filling and discharge systems. If you decide to attach a document pocket to the big bag, you can clearly display information about the contents of the transport bags on the outside. Sealed seams can help to prevent very fine filling material from leaking, inliners also protect the contents from moisture and are suitable for transporting damp material.
Printed Big Bags
Big bags are the ideal advertising space for your outdoor advertising: they are conspicuously large and offer enough space on their outer surfaces for an attractive print of your company logo or advertising slogan. Your advertising will stand out and your company will be remembered. When printing your big bags, we ensure perfect color quality. We offer prints in one to four colors - on one, two, three or all four outer sides. In order to achieve an all-round harmonious concept, the yarn and loop color can also be specified individually.
